Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Region & Delivery Time
We offer shipping across the United States and worldwide.
Domestic US Shipping: 5–10 business days
International Shipping: 10–25 business days
Delivery delays may occur due to customs, peak seasons or carrier issues.
3. Shipping Fee
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link.
You can monitor your delivery status online at any time.
5. Customs & Import Duty
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes or duties charged by local customs.
We do not cover additional international import charges.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
After the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed shipments caused by the logistics company.
